Our 50th Anniversary Year ~ 2012

This year the people of Immanuel Lutheran Church celebrate 50 years of ministry in Amherst. There will be a series of events throughout the year to help us remmeber the past and look forward to many more years of faithful ministry. We had a successful kick-off for the anniversary events with our 10:30 worship service on January 29th. We remembered on that morning the first worship service held by Pastor Koenig at the Oddfellows Hall in downtown Amherst in January of 1962 -- at which our congregation was born.

Immanuel's TV and Internet Ministry

Many of our Sunday morning services have been recorded for broadcast on the Amherst Community Media (ACT - Channel 12 in Amherst and Pelham cable TV line-up) . Also, audio recordings of a number of sermons are available on-line
